Full Job Description SUBSTANCE ABUSE/ BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Responsibilities include:
- Providing group and individual counseling in a correctional setting
- Administering drug screenings
- Performing timely medical records documentation
- Creating individualized treatment plans
- Discharge Planning
- Working as a part of our Treatment Planning Team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years behavioral health or Substance Abuse experience
- Must possess an- LCADC, LPC, LCSW
- Experience with Co-occurring population
- Experienced in performing Screenings, Intakes and NJSAMS a plus
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 35 hours per week

- Masters Degree
Experience:
- Addiction counseling: 1 year minimum preferred
