What you will have an opportunity to do: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations. 2. Assist in maintaining a smooth running operation. 3. Monitor food quality and service level. 4. Monitor payroll and revenue. 5. Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests. 6. Assist in inventory control. 7. Maintain service standards. 8. Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc. 9. Assist staff with any problems that may occur.
