We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic Global IT Operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing team with cutting-edge network technologies and in a very fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LAN, WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, Cisco products, and Palo Alto products.
The ideal candidate should/could live in the Neenah, WI area.

About The Role

What You Will Do:
- Deploy and maintain the global Network standard, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, Cisco products, Palo Alto firewalls, and SDWAN solutions.
- Troubleshoot incidents across various Network layers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for the business.
- Collaborate closely with team members to manage the complete Infrastructure technology stack.
- Take ownership of incidents, proactively resolving issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance network infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Network Engineer, with a focus on LAN, WAN, WiFi, Cisco products, Palo Alto products, and SDWAN solutions.
- Proven hands-on experience and deep understanding of Cisco switches and products and also Palo Alto Firewalls
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols TCP/IP and LAN switching protocols such as STP, VLANs, L2, L3, and QoS.
- Good understanding of PKI
- Previous experience with Cisco DNA Center
- Knowledge of network management, network availability, and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company is beneficial.
- Understanding of Cisco ACI Fabric
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products.
- Strong knowledge of global infrastructure standards and best practices.
- Understanding of other technologies such as VMware, and Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of ITIL
- Experience working in a global and multi-site environment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company or similar industry.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
