NEXT is an interconnected, digitally enabled business transformation initiative, enabled by our shift to an SAP S/4 VIBE digital core, that will create the strategic enterprise capabilities required to operate through the next decade of growth. This transformation will include:
▪ Reimagining our operating model for a $25Bn company of the future to improve speed, resiliency and agility, including rethinking how we work, connect and add value – faster, easier, anytime, anywhere
▪ Building digitally connected, cross functional end-to-end processes and experiences leveraging simplified and connected technology and data architecture
▪ Implementing SAP S4 to replace our legacy on-premise ERP and other related systems to enable value driving capabilities
▪ Integrating other best-in-breed technologies for new and differentiated capabilities as required.


Role Objectives:
1. Enable a high performing NEXT program team set up to enable the successful delivery of project outcomes and deliverables.
2. Coordinate execution of HR priorities and processes in partnership with other b/r/f/c/a HRBPs as relevant.
3. Ensure program roles become opportunities for growth and development, with intentionally mapped paths to next step opportunities. Ensure talent remains a visible part of relevant business/function talent pools and growth opportunities.
4. Partner with OE/Change Lead, Pillar Leads and relevant HRBPs to embed new ways of working, digital mindsets and an integrated employee experience into our evolving new reality.
5. Support Operating Model evolution design and deployment aligned to program goals within and across pillars (e.g. HR) in partnership with relevant HRBPs. Key Accountabilities
- Support the staffing and onboarding of new program team members.
- Plan, organize, and execute HR programs, processes and services across the program team.
- Provide expertise in total rewards, performance management, talent management, coaching, data analysis, employee relations, learning and development, organization effectiveness/culture, recognition programs and strategic development.
- Provide strategic counsel and consultative partnership to the Program Lead and program leadership teams.
- Proactively define talent needs. Drive talent planning with a clear picture of current capability, inventory of viable talent and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with program leaders on organizational effectiveness opportunities and solutions across the program team.
- Set an environment of positive employee relations. Identify and escalate and/or solve issues
- Incorporate a people development mindset into the leadership team and influence the execution of action plans to engage and develop talent.
- Support the execution of organization design efforts in partnership with relevant HRBPs
- Instill organizational behaviors into and across pillars that are consistent with our new ways of operating. For example, leverage technology, data, analytics and shared services to remove complexity and enable both “digital/mobility-first” and “consumer-employee-first” mindset.
- Inspire the team and act as role model for the mindsets and behaviors needed to encourage and embed change.
- Foster a culture that recognizes and celebrates our talent. - Focus on breaking down and removing barriers. Burst silos; enable collaboration; ensure knowledge sharing and fresh insights.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:
- HR business experience (10 years of experience; at least 5 with direct business partnership). Understanding of ELC business – including challenges and opportunities; organization and culture and/or skilled in navigating highly complex, matrixed organizations and proven ability in partnering with colleagues throughout regions
- Accustomed to leading through influence vs. authority
- Able to deliver collaborative solutions across the ELC matrix, both within and outside the US.
- High EQ; a trusted leader who understands and knows how to navigate ELC’s relationship-centric culture
- Ability to “go high and low” – i.e. engage and operate strategically with HR, business, program and pillar leaders and also dive deep into the weeds - connecting dots, identifying and removing obstacles and ensuring sustainable change to deliver program objectives.
- Able to manage uncertainty/ambiguity with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Broad based understanding of ELC business, or ability to quickly learn, including interdependencies across brands, regions, functions and channels.
- Has a business first mindset, but also cultural technology affinity. Needs to be able to speak the language of both business and IT.
- Exhibits digital dexterity. Understands how technology can transform how we operate vs. just automate existing processes.
- Consistently practices inclusive leadership behaviors – commitment, courage, cognizance of bias, curiosity, cultural intelligence and collaboration. Proven track record of creating a culture of inclusion, equity and psychological safety within the team and beyond.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,500 to $195,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
