The Global Fulfillment Center of Excellence is set up to drive 10 key initiatives within the ELC Supply Chain organization to enable our growth strategy.
We are seeking a leader to create the Estee Lauder Global Fulfillment Project Management Office (PMO). This position requires a professional with deep project and portfolio management experience, having managed a supply chain portfolio of projects for several years. This role will bring strong project management expertise and tools, into the Global Fulfillment roadmap of 10 projects, creating an innovative portfolio of future Fulfillment strategic initiatives. These programs cover several areas of fulfillment, aimed to overcome the company's largest fulfillment challenges, aligned closely with Global Supply chain priorities.
Our ideal candidate exhibits a relentless focus on taking initiatives across the finish line. They will work in a matrix organization, working closely with Global Fulfillment program owners, and key stakeholders ensuring robust project management support, including creating project roadmaps, resource allocation, prioritization decisions, program governance, communication and applying best in class project management technology to track milestones, costs, and deliverables. Demonstrated experience managing projects within Transportation and Warehousing is also a strong positive. Success will take the shape of influencing Program Leaders and stakeholders to ensure the Global Fulfillment 10 program roadmap deliveries on our high visibility goals.
- Connects the Global Fulfillment strategy to functional Program roadmap, ensuring Global Fulfillment is executing the Supply Chain strategy
- Ensure Program governance is properly developed and managed
- Create organizational transparency through regional and executive communication
- Ensure well-defined business cases, strategies, and project plans.
- Align with regional and global stakeholders on prioritization and sequencing of projects including resource plans
- Build business cases, prioritizing initiatives with the biggest return or impact on business/consumer
- Develop and maintain a formally identified set of projects within a dynamic business changing environment
- Work with business, functional, other project managers (internal/external) to identify project interrelationships that will affect cross-project critical paths, portfolio priority and resource allocation decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong PMO and Project Management experience. Including PMP, MSP, MoR, Prince2 or other industry recognized project management qualification
- Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- 10 years of experience in SC program management of large and complex programs, including at least 5 years of SC systems implementation (preferably transport management system / Control tower)
- Ability to synchronize inter-dependent programs to ensure the correct cadence and sequencing of activities
- Experience managing investment budgets and benefit realization
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
- Strong negotiation skills within a highly matrixed organization
- Risk management, identifying and planning for risks and mitigation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $147,000 to $252,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
