Responsible for leading the plan, capital, schedule, etc. to deliver high quality successful digital projects. Main roles and responsibilities will be to define project scope, work with project resources to set deadlines, clarify project team responsibilities, resolve project issues, and monitor progress of large, technical, complex projects, often for implementation of multiple ELC sites. You will be responsible for the delivery of demonstrable progress toward defined success metrics. Technical PM ensure an effective implementation, manage resource allocation, rollout that maximizes solution value and audit effectiveness of change management.
Lead the PM responsibilities of digital initiatives under the Integrated manufacturing technologies (IMT) and Factory of the future (FoF) programs
Orchestrate the creation of automated systems and metrics to support the team in providing efficient and timely delivery of digital project status and highlight critical risks
Align with Engineering Excellence resources on digital transformation, robotics technologies, plant & DC architecture, sustainability efforts, CAPEX projects, and data analytics
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies
Work and collaborate with cross functional departments including IT, Manufacturing, Operations, etc.
Apply a structured change management approach and program management methodology to effectively meet team and project requirements
Operate as a single-threaded-owner of the projects within the TPM's portfolio, taking responsibility for creatively delivering results through partnerships, engineering, and process improvements
Earn the trust of key stakeholders both inside and outside of the digital engineering department
Experience with multi-million-dollar digital engineering projects and execution ($50M )
Be single point of accountability of project scope, cost, schedule, risk/safety and Commissioning, Qualification, Verification (CQV).
Speak the language of business; speak the language of engineering; think the language of program management.
Experience in manufacturing components including compounding (Electronic Batch Automation system and Pre-weigh systems) and F&A manufacturing lines
Knowledge about MES, cloud, edge and emerging technologies and systems
Working knowledge on any IIoT platform (example: Mindsphere, PTC ThingWorx, Predix, etc.) and native cloud (Azure, AWS)
Technical Studies and Deliverables – working with the workstream leads. Identify priorities and work with the integrated team to develop review and due dates. Update and track status of study items, and completion %. Meet with consultants to review deliverables progress.
Lead and conduct Governance, Apollo, Workstream and Technical pillar Meetings and reviews
Strong analytical and data management skills
Develop the execution plan to deliver a highly efficient digital project and product:

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience: 5 years of Project Management experience 3-5 years of leading digital products and projects Extensive experience with technical projects supporting digital, Operational Technology (OT), Cloud, Edge, etc. in the technology space Excellent project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem-solving skills. Build and support the delivery of business cases, proof of concept (PoC), test, and solutions across the digital engineering team; converting requests into well-formed projects, features and deliverables to support our manufacturing sites In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and systems at all levels of the ISA95 stack Experience with IoT, IIoT and cloud technologies Experience with MES integrations to SCADA, ERP, Enterprise layer and other manufacturing critical systems.
