MARKETING SPECIALIST

Reports to: Vice-President of Operations

Role: Non-Management

Compensation: Salaried – Exempt

Position Description

The Marketing Specialist will help Esteem Wealth Partners drive advisor productivity, revenue, and market presence through implementation of marketing strategies, tactics, and brand expansion efforts. This position will be the business marketing expert, along with possible 3rd party consulting, that will utilize all resources necessary to understand current revenue and drive sales. The Marketing Specialist will need to be knowledgeable with Northwestern Mutual systems and be creative at identifying sales opportunities within our current client base as well as non-clients of Esteem Wealth Partners.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing and Events

• Schedules all marketing related activities for the firm and will be the main point of contact.
• Conducts research to manage and suggest changes for sponsorships and partnerships for the firm.
• Owns the creation and coordination of special events, including ticket allocations, budgets, 3rd party relationships, communication, and event data tracking for future recommendations.
• Suggest and manage updates to the Esteem Wealth Partners’ website and social media.
• Serves as the expert on marketing materials and Northwestern Mutual resources.
• Monitors and communicates marketing related materials from Northwestern Mutual to the firm.
• Monitors and maintains marketing budgets.
• Prepares and distributes marketing/client reports by collecting and analyzing data (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). Reports may include, but not limited to:

Esteem Events Tracking - Upcoming Client Meetings - Referral Tracking

• May need to participate and communicate with local marketing groups/associations to broaden the network of resources.
• Special projects as assigned.

Client Operations

• Reports production numbers
• Maintains unassigned client data.
• Proactively reconnects with unassigned clients.

Continuously reviews client data to help identify new business revenue opportunities with the Vice-President of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• 2-5 years Marketing Experience/Coaching required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for creativity and “thinking outside the box.”
• Experience in problem-solving
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven track record leading teams and individuals toward goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions with little oversight.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
