We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Juris Doctor (JD) to join our legal team. This role involves providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including AIA, construction, and other types
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including corporate governance, data privacy, and employment laws.
- Commercial Financing Transactions
- Commercial Financing Transactions
- Employment law issues such as employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and severance agreements
- Drafting letters for collections, employment agreement violations
- Client contact and interaction
- Drafting Real Estate contracts
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in at least one state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
