Etana Custody is Looking for a Project Manager!

Project Manager

Etana is in search of an experienced project manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team. You are a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful completion of multi-faceted projects, while keeping all key people informed of progress, changes, and issues.

This position requires someone who works at a fast pace, is professional, organized, collaborative, and a strategic leader. The Project Manager must be flexible and able to meet deadlines while working on multiple assignments daily. The Project Manager should have project management experience in as well as excellent communication and budget management skills in Finance/Banking/Tech industry.

You Will

• Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths
• Anticipate and identify risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develop and implement mitigation and corrective actions
• Ensure the project remains focused on key objectives and goals
• Regularly update the project management software and follow-up with external and internal team members on action items
• Manage the communications between the internal departments and contractors
• Oversee various aspects of the budget and proactively find ways to reduce expenses and increase revenues

• Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured
• Manage projects with discretion and integrity

Your Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Previous experience in FinTech, banking, finance, or tech industries - knowledge of capital markets is a huge plus
• Experience managing complex technical software implementation projects
• Ability to lead multiple strategic and operational projects from inception and analysis to implementation
• Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Pay: Starting at $100,000 - $120,000 (Starting salary based on education and experience)
