Title : Accounting Analyst
Location : Bartlesville, OK, 74003
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly benefits accounting journal entries, month-end variance analysis, and account reconciliations and ensure all SOX key controls are satisfied
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the self-insured plans and provide back up as needed for the payment of vendors
- Analyze monthly health and welfare expense and tracking costs by vendor
- Preparing the Department of Labor, Form 5500’s, including reviews with HR, Plan Trustees, External Reporting, Treasury, Legal and Tax
- Coordinate the annual savings plan audit with external auditors. Providing data and reports and data as needed
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Ability to research and resolve payroll and benefits accounting
- Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
QUALIFICATION:
- 2 or more years of accounting/finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
