Job Title: Assistant, Network Operations Support
Location: Irvine, CA (HYBRID)
Duration: 30 Months
JOB INFORMATION:
Assistant, Network Operations Support is responsible for providing support to the network field group. Job functions include receiving of inventory, receiving invoices for payment, creating purchase orders, revising purchase orders and providing updates as required. Ability to communicate effectively via written communications as well as displaying good interpersonal skills are required. Must have attention to details, willingness to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing business needs. May also be responsible for providing the highest possible quality and reliability in both clerical and technical areas, including interfacing with various departments such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, etc. Minimum AA degree or equivalent. Must be highly proficient utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Gmail, related Windows-based software. Must be able to work as part of a support staff in a technical office environment adhering to a total team environment. Must have the ability to support a group of 20 plus. Knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or SAP (Purchasing Systems) i.e., creation of purchase orders. Ability to multitask and prioritize the assignments as and when required. 1 to 5 years of experience.
