Job Title: LPN
Pay Rate: $41- $43/hr (Local Rate)
$44 - $47/hr. (Traveler’s pay i.e., more than 50 miles of commute)
# Of Positions: 2 each
Duration: 9-13 weeks
Shift Time: Multiple
# Of Hours Day: 8hrs

Job Description (Detailed):
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
LVN/LPN Requirements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current CPR (American Heart Association).
- Nursing degree from a LPN program.
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current identification.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Excellent personal hygiene.
License & Certifications must have :
BLS
LPN state license
Covid Vaccination Card
