Title: Molecular Biologist
Location: Durham, NC 27703
Duration: 06 months contract

Pay rate: $24/hr. on W2
Description:
Seeking an assistant scientist with practical experience in standard molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, plasmid preparation, restriction digestions, bacterial transformation, and SDS-PAGE. Previous experience with protein expression and purification is preferred.
The position requires a strong work ethic and an ability to quickly learn new laboratory procedures.
A successful candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or related biological fields, and is capable of performing research activities following instructions and pre-established guidelines in a biological laboratory environment. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with others as well as independently.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
