What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at eTeam Inc?
Job Responsibilities:
Each will be temperature scanned at the start of each shift.
Each will be given a mask at the point of temperature scan that is required to be worn.
We have social distance visuals throughout the building and breakrooms that they will be expected to adhere to
This position will be required to proficiently perform at least one or more distribution-related activities (e.g. order filling, shipping, receiving) on a regular basis.
1. Perform one or more distribution-related functions that allow, as the business requires, assignment across various functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading (as applicable to operation).; Assignment to other functional tasks may be done on a daily or less than daily basis.
2. May, on occasion, operate a pallet jack to move product around
3. Contribute to a safe work environment through a continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
4. Demonstrate a commitment to our company’s core values.
5. Interact with supervisors, leads, and/or workgroups with information exchanges related to immediate tasks.
6. Participate in the implementation and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements to the distribution process in a group setting.
7. Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for a full workday.
Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift (both lateral and overhead).
Safety conscious at all times.
COVID-19 measures in place: sanitization of all high touchpoints, social distancing and masks at all times, temperature scan and symptom-free acknowledgment form daily, staggered breaks, hands-free entrances, sanitizer available throughout the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Reach truck: 1 year (Preferred)
- Loading: 1 year (Preferred)
