What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor Second Shift position at eTeam?
- Be responsible for leading a skilled trades workforce to accomplish emergency repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
- Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job Monitor trades workmanship and time utilization. Help resolve knowledge, materials, or Client challenges
- Lead employee engagement activities, while establishing a positive employee environment through communications, feedback and overall guidance
- Monitor individual/group performance and take corrective action including discipline, as needed and respond to complaints to ensure the company and employees adhere to policies, practices, procedures, and work rules
- Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment
- 2 years experience with, or supporting, shop floor manufacturing and/or maintenance operations
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Ability and flexibility to work across shifts based on production needs
- Working hours 2:30p.m. - 11:00p.m. with periodic overtime including 50% of weekends
