The primary responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator will be to collaborate closely with team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients and vendors. You will be the point of contact for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to the client's products and services.

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics customer service.
- Background in manufacturing or warehousing will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and CRM software, with strong typing abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use a hand truck is preferred.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain shipping and delivery schedules for all orders, while also managing the inventory log.
- Process invoices and handle payment reconciliations.
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation with vendors to ensure competitive rates.
- Maintain constant communication with shipping dock employees to ensure smooth operations.
