Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Perform data analysis and create reports using tools such as Power BI, and Excel.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
• Provide support during system testing and user acceptance testing phases.
• Assist in training end-users on new systems or processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with server architecture and administration.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related data analysis.

Pay: $83,722.00 - $100,000.00 per year
