WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Field Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing and supporting jobs through fieldwork. This will include duties such as door-to-door conversations with homeowners, communicating EPC presence and scope of work within the area, answering homeowner questions, and supporting employees in the field as needed.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Communicates with homeowners and other community members in areas EPC is working or planning to work.
• Explains the scope of work to necessary parties in respective work areas.
• Works closely with field leadership to ensure plans are communicated effectively and timely to pertinent parties.
• Supports employees in the field with job scope, day-to-day operations, and other areas of business needs.
• Supports and promotes the EPC brand in a positive light.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Must have the ability to work safely, with or without supervision.
• Able to safely work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen to and implement directions.
• Must be able to work in or near vehicular / pedestrian traffic.
• Must be able to give and receive audible and hand signals or instructions.
• Experience communicating with customers and articulating company expectations / plans.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Outdoors environment which may require exposure to elements, including but not limited to wind, rain, heat, cold, snow, sleet, mud, etc.
• May be required to stand, sit, bend, twist, and reach as part of the job.
• Extended periods of standing on your feet may be required.
• Must be able to walk long distances on a regular basis.
• May be required to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, or other job-related pre-hire screenings related to the job.
• Must have a clean driving record.
