Responsibilities:

- Support the Director of Performance Marketing in driving the DTC business.
- Execute website merchandising including site content, product information, blog posts, editorial images, etc.
- Help with setting up any sales/ discounts.
- Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with development planning where needed such as conducting market research about best-in-class features and functionality.

- Conduct A/B tests, define success and report on results by looking at key metrics.
SEO:
- Use SEO briefs to optimize product and collection pages by writing new copy and implementing via Shopify.
- Create internal links throughout our site for improved crawling and indexing.
- Help to SEO optimize current blogs and providing key word research briefs for new blogs.
- Contribute to new processes that streamline SEO workflow.
- Assist with development planning for any features needed for SEO execution such as enabling new content placement on the site.
Requirements:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree, or masters degree in business, sales, digital marketing, communications or related major
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment and a desire to work on challenging projects
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Creative problem solving
- Comfort in working independently
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Experience with website performance and SEO performance metrics (Conversion rate, sessions, bounce rate, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and how it drives organic traffic
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft teams and Outlook
