Ethos Early Learning Center is growing! We are seeking a passionate infant teacher to join our Center in South Boston, which is conveniently located near public transportation. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting, is EEC-qualified, and can work from 9:30 am to 6:15 pm or from 11:45 am to 6:15 pm.

Salarie range from $21.00 to $23 per hour. Salary is contingent on the level of education completed and previous/current teaching experience.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with infants/toddlers and commitment to nurturing their development.
  • Teacher Certified or Qualified, or a person that has completed the college course "Child Growth and Development.
  • Has or is interested in working toward an Associate Degree and/or a BA in Early Childhood or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels at speaking with parents.
  • Comes to work on time as scheduled.
  • Shows initiative, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality.
  • Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work to South Boston, MA 02127.
  • Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to sit on the floor, squat, run, and lift 60 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
