About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to help engage, train, and educate our Partnership Sales Team here at Ethos. You'll work closely with our Sales Leaders & Account Managers to accelerate growth of the business while updating and delivering new and existing training resources for a category-defining product.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Training Delivery – Facilitate new hire training, functional process training, and sales skill training to new and existing associates in a virtual classroom environment. Provide feedback and support to Sales Managers, Account Managers and Trainees.
- Relationship Management – Works directly with the Partnerships Team as a subject matter expert to assist in developing and updating self-directed and facilitator-led training content.
- Team Collaboration – Contribute to the review of training content and materials to ensure accuracy in the content and ensure appropriate learning principles are updated & applied accordingly.
- Revenue & Growth – Provide ongoing training for internal team members and external partners including agent onboarding, product demonstration and resource management for Ethos’ platform. Work closely with internal & external partners to demonstrate Ethos’ value in continuing to increase revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Life Insurance licensed and previous sales experience is recommended
- Minimum of 4 years in the life insurance or financial services industry, preferably as an Insurance Agent, Sales Trainer, Operations Manager, or Sales & Marketing Training Coordinator
- Consistent track record meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
- Tech stacks: LinkedIn, Slack, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.
Working hours: Standard working hours/ should be open to flexible working hours based on requirement/ongoing business need
