Maintenance Manager (full-time, permanent hire position with excellent full benefits, bonus and relocation assistance packages!)
Will oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance functions for a growing non-union plastics manufacturer division.
Directly supervise 19 maintenance techs and 2 maintenance supervisors for a two 12 hour shift operation.
Will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance issues.
Determines and controls maintenance budgets to reduce and eliminate repetitive purchases
Position reports directly into the Plant Manager.
Need strong maintenance management in plastics or similar process engineering environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
