Physician Recruiter (full-time, permanent hire position with excellent full benefits package)
Serve as a recruiter for all staff recruitment for the physician practices, managing full recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with business leaders and Hiring Managers to assess organizational needs and recruitment strategies. Discover top talent through advertising, employee referrals, networking, lead generation, online search engines, and internal databases.
Execute multiple recruitment strategies to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
Responsibilities include:
Advise senior leadership and executive committees on best recruitment practices to increase proficiency and engagement for attracting top talent.
Lead, supervise, and coach executive leadership, administrators, and hiring managers through intake, selection process, and offer management.
Apply advanced sourcing strategies across various channels to map current talent market and streamline extensive candidate pools.
Prepare internal and external job postings.
Manage and audit the requisition process. Ensure receipt of completed and approved requisitions for job postings.
Effectively negotiate benefits and compensation with Hiring Managers and extend offers/convey terms of contracts to candidate.
Forge strategic partnerships with local colleges to source externship candidates with the potential for full-time employment.
Execute an electronic onboarding process through an ATS program in order for all new employee policies, procedures, and documentation to be accessed and signed electronically.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years in healthcare recruiting especially within a Physician Practice required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
