Plant Controller
This role is in Maryland Heights, MO as a Plant Controller and is available with a competitive base salary plus annual target bonus, benefit plan to include medical, retirement, paid time off, and if necessary, relocation benefits for selected candidate.
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus which will be discussed during the initial screening.
This role is an onsite position and cannot be accomplished using remote or hybrid work style.
This role will directly report to a Regional Finance Controller and serve on the facility leadership team reporting indirectly to the plant manager.
The facility currently operates 7 days a week, 24/7.
Position Summary:
Drive plant number with focus on process/procedure, controlling critical spend items, and team engagement.
Reporting from SAP system, Business Information Warehouse and HFM. High proficiency with Excel will be important for success in the role.
Typical responsibilities associated with Plant Controller roles within a manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate must have an undergraduate degree, multiple years of professional work experience, and exceptional demonstrated competencies in communication, analytical, and problem solving.
