Job Description:
You will manage a 75-person manufacturing plant. This person will be the plant manager in charge of a ~75-person additives manufacturing plant. Responsibilities will be over operations, production, maintenance, personnel, and compliance. This is the second largest facility this company operates, and advancement potential will exist either to the largest site or into a multi-site role.
Minimum Requirements:

- B.S. degree preferred. Non degree acceptable with experience.
- Candidates need to have experience with one of the following:
- Spray drying
- Granulation
- Coating
- Distillation
- Must have been a prior plant manager or operations manager overseeing a group of at least 20 employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
