Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing client services and developing relationships with clients and caregivers alike. Develops a plan of care for assigned cases, starts cases, and is the point person to families.
Communicates regularly with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and safe practices.
Essential Job Duties:
- Supervises assigned nursing and paraprofessional personnel in the delivery of services to clients and families
- Extensively interacts with clients and families monitoring and ensuring the quality of services provided
- Proactively seeks way to improve client satisfaction
- Participates in the coordination and management of all services rendered to clients and families by office staff and per diem employees under his/her supervision
- Provides on-site supervision at start of care
- Participates in direct service staff selection, orientation and in-service education
- Provides the direct evaluation of the clinical competence of assigned personnel and participates with appropriate supervisory staff in the evaluation of other direct service staff
- Participates in the development of Privatus’ objectives, standards of care, policies and procedures affecting clinical services
- Participates in the planning and implementation of caregiver evaluation, orientation and other in-service educational program
- Participates in the development and implementation of standardized clinical policies and procedures
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Registered Nurse, BSN
Prior Home Care experience
4 years of full-time clinical experience in nursing
License/Certification
License and current registration to practice as a registered nurse in the state of NJ
Valid US driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
