RN Hospice (full-time, direct-hire position with excellent full benefits, bonus and compensation packages!)
Responsibilities:
- Completes initial comprehensive and ongoing assessment of patient and family to determine Hospice needs
- Admissions of patient for services and development of the initial patient/family Plan of Care
- Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis
- Coordination of services with the patient, family, and hospice interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, home care or hospice preferred
- Excellent observation, problem solving and communication skills
- Compassion and integrity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
