Supply Chain Manager
This individual will be a proven leader, with a track record of building world-class supply chain processes and driving the adoption of tools, systems, and processes. A highly intelligent and articulate team player, this person will move quickly to make an impact on the business. The key objectives of the Supply Chain Manager are to develop and lead proper execution of planning strategies in addition to overseeing activities of the Supply Chain Team and directing the team to reach optimal operational efficiencies.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
- Create, evaluate and report on KPIs
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience managing $50-$100 million in materials in a global setting.
- 7 - 10 years experience in the capital equipment manufacturing business
- 3 - 5 of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, SAP and MS Dynamics Navison (Business Central) knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
