Traveling Superintendent/Forman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Forman to join our team and help us build your own team to work and complete projects. The Forman will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Duties:

- Supervise construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Assist with developing project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Assist with conducting construction estimating and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safety standards
- Schedule inspections

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management techniques
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to produce reports to reflect project progress or delays
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction sites
- Carpentry knowledge: finish carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring install, cabinetry work...etc

We are a construction company that is directly partnered with a developer/property management company. Our core mission is to covert under utilized hotels/motels into long term housing. We currently have 6 properties through out UTAH, COLORADO and NEVADA. Most of our work will be focus on Property Improvement Projects (PIP) on multi-family properties, however we will be also providing work for new construction of multi-family buildings as well as various other sub-contract work for clients other than our direct partnership. We are looking to hire 1-6 people to join our team and be a key part of the companies future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
