- Etowah Landing is looking for LPN Licensed Practical Nurses to complete our Team. Join us and be a part of our growing team under the direction of our new Administrator and Director of Nursing. Shift differentials are offered for our evening/night and weekend shifts.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary job of a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse working in a nursing home is to care for the needs of elderly patients. At a basic level, LPN Licensed Practical Nurses make sure patients maintain acceptable levels of personal hygiene, have clean beds and receive proper nutrition. However, more advanced responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, giving IV's, administering medication and drawing blood.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) REQUIREMENTS:
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse candidates should be reliable, well organized, and have a passion to care for our residents. LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Candidates must also possess a valid GA Nursing license.
