Associate General Dentist Position Description
- Take over a full schedule from a relocating dentist who made over $400,000 in 2023
- Mix of PPO and fee for service patients
- Modern office with CBCT, iTero, implant system
- Work-Life balance. No nights or weekends
- 80 new patients per month
- Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner
- Provide traditional General Dentistry services including exams, fixed and removable prosthodontics, operative dentistry, extractions, anterior, premolar, basic molar root canals. Perform more advanced procedures with training
- Maintain an excellent reputation in the area
- Must have an active Virginia dental license or be able to obtain one
- Experience and/or Residency training preferred but not required
- Greater of collections percentage or daily rate
- Available benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid CE, paid malpractice, paid license fees
