Up to $80K Salary, Full-Time, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Service

Our client is a hotel that offers modern comforts and scenic views, and they want you to join their team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Your day-to-day as a Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Schedule and coordinate shifts to meet high service standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to expedite orders, maintain quality, and uphold culinary standards
  • Assist with cooking in the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
  • Enhance service quality, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience managing teams in a fine-dining establishment is required
  • Strong culinary skills to contribute to cooking on days when the head chef is unavailable
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience and knowledge of industry trends
