What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Associate position at ETS?
$19/Hour, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is an essential partner to the medical and pharmaceutical industry, and they want you to join their team as a Shipping Associate.
Your day-to-day as a Shipping Associate:
- Pick and pack orders using scanners, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Prepare shipments with proper packaging and documentation, coordinating with team leads
- Adhere to company safety standards and proper PPE
- Keep shipping stations stocked and organized
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience is required; chemical/pharmaceutical shipping is preferred
- Familiarity with SYSPRO/MEDWMS, FEDEX/UPS software, and DOT/IATA certification is a plus!
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; forklift certification is a plus!
- Computer Savvy - Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
