What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler - 3rd Shift position at Euclid Heat Treating?
The Euclid Heat Treating Company, a family-owned commercial heat treater, is seeking a Material Handler to join our team on 3rd shift (11:30pm-8:00am Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Fixtures parts according to shop paperwork and/or supervisor instructions
- Builds furnace loads
- Masks parts when necessary
- Unloads parts from heat treated loads and returns to customer containers
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of designated area
Required Skills:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- Ability to work within a small team.
- Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to withstand high temperatures
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop frequently in 8 hour shift
- Tow motor operation
