Office Administrator (Eugene)

Lithia Eugene APC continues to grow and we are seeking an ambitious Office Administrator to join our successful team!

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

Pay Range:

$19-$22 Hourly-Depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

New and Used Retail Car Deals

  • Posting of New and Used Car Deals
  • Submission of Service Contracts
  • Submission of Warranty Contracts

Wholesale Sales and Used Car Purchases

  • Recording of wholesale vehicle sales and purchases
  • Recording of used car purchases
  • Request and process lien payoffs

DMV

  • Submission of retail deals to DMV

General Dealership Accounting

  • FTC, RDR, Rebate and Bank Reconciliations
  • Schedule reviews and maintenance
  • Accounting for manufacturer monies
  • Balance Intercompany

Qualifications:

  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • DMV experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Empowered self- leader, accepts responsibility and takes initiative to ensure assigned duties are met within acceptable time-frames.
  • Understands Basic Accounting - familiar with debits and credits.
  • Ability to quickly review, research and if necessary resolve variances.
  • Entry to mid-level office and computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Auto Industry Experience (preferred).
