Position Summary
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth deveopment, healthy living and social responsibility. The Marketing & Communications Intern at the Eugene Family YMCA is a vital part of a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined and builds the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s cause and impact. In addition, the Marketing & Communications Intern will get a sneak peek into planning for December 2023, when the Eugene Y will be opening a new state-of-the art flagship facility, which will transform the Y’s impact on Health & Wellness throughout Lane County.
