Job Description
As a Customer Service Manager, you will lead our customer support team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a customer-focused leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective support.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Monitor customer service metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to improve skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes.
Prepare and present reports on customer service performance and make recommendations for improvement.
