If that’s you, you may be the perfect person to join us at Eureka Transportation. We’re currently looking for qualified drivers to handle routes in Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, and surrounding areas. You’ll be helping special needs students get to school and back home while earning a great income in exchange for a small amount of time.

Who we are:

At Eureka, we provide transportation services in the greater Bay area. We’re focused on helping students with special needs attend their classes and access educational resources with confidence. We provide a safe, friendly driver to these students on a daily basis.

As a team, we’re focused on work/life balance, and we offer positions that are part-time. By part-time, we don’t mean 4 hours of continuous work on-site. At Eureka, you’ll earn a typical 4-hour salary for about 1 to 2 hours of work.

Who we are looking for:

What we need is a driver who can jump right in and work with these students in a careful, safe, and thoughtful manner, providing an incredible service. The best part? You’ll have the majority of the day for your family or another part-time position.

The role:

• Once you sign up with our system and app, we will match you with 1 to 2 students.

• You will be responsible for picking them up from their homes or designated pick-up spot and driving them to school.

• At the end of the school day, you will be responsible for picking them up from school and dropping them off back home.

The qualifications:

• SAFE DRIVER: You have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. You’re careful and considerate of anyone who rides in your vehicle.

• 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER

• RELIABLE PERSON: You’ll show up on time every day to pick up students on your route so they can get to class on time. Additionally, you’ll show up on time to pick them up from school and get them home safely.

• RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You’ll be interacting with the same student(s) daily. These students have special needs, so a big part of this role is building trust and confidence between you and your assigned students.

• POSITIVE ATTITUDE: These students are counting on you to get them where they need to go with a smile and a cheerful attitude. If you’re an empathetic person who notices when someone has had a rough day, please apply!

• CLEAN RECORD AND GOOD HEALTH: You’ll pass the background check with flying colors, along with a drug and TB test.

• 7:30-8:00AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday
