Responsibilities
Plays a pivotal role in assisting the management by providing general support services for office administration. Openness and responsiveness to being coached by upper management.
-Adapt at resolving conflict in various situations.
-Open to learning innovative programs & treatments. Prepared to implement new treatment protocols.
-Technology savvy, Google Office Suite, EHR, Office 365, etc...
-Patient Centered – create and maintain a patient centered environment where all stakeholders are engaged and work together towards patient goals.
-Highly Organized and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to facilitate a cooperative environment where teamwork and individual skill set is valued and fostered. -Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
-Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
Able to do lite bookkeeping
