Jovial Foods, a fast-growing, mission-driven, family-owned, imported organic Italian foods company, is seeking a motivated and responsible person to work in a full-time position as an Ecommerce Shipping Associate at its distribution facility in North Stonington, CT. Work together with a long-standing team of employees in a fast-paced, productive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Executing routine e-commerce warehouse tasks including inventory management, quality control, packing & sorting, palletizing, and shipping
- Process shipments via ShipStation
- Picking and packing orders for shipment
- Stocking inventory for ecommerce shipping
- Assist in year-end inventory counts
- Assist in loading trucks with pallet jack.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift objects that weigh up to 50 pounds required.
- Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
- Knowledgeable of a direct-to-consumer fulfilment operation.
- Communicate positively with supervisors and fellow workers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Duties are physically demanding and require lifting, prolonged standing, and reaching.
- Able to work overtime occasionally in peak season.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
