Job Description
Eurofins E&E is an international network of laboratories offering expert and unbiased product safety and approvals services for electrical and electronics products. With accredited laboratories strategically located close to European, American and Asian production hubs, our comprehensive portfolio is available to both industrial and retail clients through a single point of contact.
- Prompt attention to speedy service and communication.
- Open and coordinate Projects “SEMI/Field/ALI” using a web-based project management system (from the start to driving the project to completion/billing).
- Maintain and reconcile project Excel Tracker/Workflow.
- Intercompany and Subcontract project coordination (including PO issuance and invoice reconciliation).
- Reach out to the client to schedule onsite evaluation/inspection and communicating to all stakeholders Confirmation of Scheduling. Obtain access for engineers to restricted sites.
- Organize and lead project kick off calls, including taking meeting notes and dispersing to all attendees.
- Maintain Label Database – ordering and distributing labels; and maintaining Label Tracker Database of movement of Labels.
- Assist Sales Team with Project Change Authorization for any project requiring a revisit or modified scope.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced computer literacy, database management, effective oral/written communication, basic project management skills.
- Ability to follow written procedures and follow basic safety guidelines and given instructions.
- Ability to supervise a difficult schedule and complete tasks, correctly and on time.
- Authorization to work in the US, for any employer, indefinitely, without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX. No relocation assistance available at this time.
