Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Stock office with office supplies, snacks and beverages and work to ensure a pleasant working environment for all employees.
- Maintains company organizational charts.
- Maintains employee security badges
- Leads the onsite activities team with a focus on diversity equity and inclusion initiatives and being a culture champion.
- Oversees business card ordering.
- Primary point of contact for on-site meetings including coordinating meeting location and catering.
- Responsible for supporting office administrative tasks such as expense reports for department heads and office supply purchasing and any other tasks on an as needed basis.
- Purchasing and Accounting Support: request PO’s in Coupa purchasing software platform.
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provides cross-functional support to other departments, as required
- Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of office administration experience handling administrative, accounting and office management related tasks.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related filed field preferred.
- >1 year relevant office experience, preferably within Human Resources Field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to shift priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Rate Range: $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
