What you will learn and work with:

• Developing, performing and troubleshooting immunofluorescent protocols
• Designing and performing qPCR experiments and leading the advancement of new technologies to support robust assay development and product.
• Documenting and reporting lab work according to GMP practices.
• Developing analytical methods for release and stability testing of drug substance and drug product.
• Effectively interacting with multi-disciplinary project teams.

Minimum Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with 1 years exp. or MS with 0 years of experience
• Molecular and cell biology skills, including familiarity with techniques such as:
  • Cell-based assays/Immunoassays
  • Cell Culture
  • PCR/qPCR
  • ELISA

Desired Skills:

• Some experience GxP (GLP, GMP).
• Method validation experience.

Position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply.
