- Leads projects and prioritizes using excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
- Assist in upgrading existing Windows Operating System and Isilon Storage Platform
- May assist in coordinating QC IT projects activities (LIMS, LES, ELN, SDMS, Empower) to support ongoing Quality Control department needs.
- Communicate project progress and risks to upper management and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinates contingency and risk mitigation planning for projects.
- Apply project management principles, concepts and techniques to new and ongoing QC IT initiatives.
- Focus and influence cross-functional teams to achieve timelines
- Lead meetings relevant to assigned projects as required.
- Acts as liaison with IT, QC testing groups, Lab Systems and QA Validation to support project goals.
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA in related field. Industry experience preferred; may substitute relevant experience for education.
- Experience with deploying Enterprise Applications across multiple sites. Labware LIMS and/or Waters NuGenesis experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to arrange schedule and activities to accomplish project objectives and timelines.
- Requires excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels.

- Positive, proactive approach to drive projects/tasks to completion.
- Must be a strong, dependable team player.
- Familiarity with electronic lab management systems and quality compliance requirements.
