Job Description

Bioassay Senior Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

·         Experience executing bioassays (cell culture related assays) and binding assays in a regulated environment.

·         Proficiency in diverse analytical techniques is required along with basic biochemistry laboratory techniques.

·         Computer competency is essential with emphasis on spreadsheet-based software.

·         The ability to adhere to strict guidelines when applicable is required.

·         Ability to document and review data as per established company guidelines and SOPs

·         Expected to be able to work as a team player and take initiatives on lab management tasks

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

·         Experience executing Cell-Based Assays and binding assays

·         Method development or validation experience

·         Experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word

·         Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in biology (Molecular or cell biology), biochemistry or other related degree concentration with minimum of 3-5 years bioanalytical experience. Or Master’s degree in related field

with 1-3 years’ experience.

·         Large molecule experience

·         Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Summit, NJ are encouraged to apply.
