Job Description

*This is not an IT, Data Engineer or Software Engineering role*

Monitoring compliance to best practices for Client Relationship  Management (CRM) application; manage migrations by individual

LabSites to the CRM, including assessment and comparison of existing LabSite information against company CRM data

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
•  Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
•  Regular attendance and punctuality
•  Become proficient in the use of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) application
• Become knowledgeable in the company best practices for the CRM application
•  Monitor compliance to company best practices for the CRM application
•  Assist colleagues with CRM application training and use as needed
•  Drive the migration of LabSite information to the CRM application
•  Communicate regular updates to supervisor
•  Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
•  Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or Equivalent Work Experience
• Client Relationship Management Experience preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Self-Motivated.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.
• Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external clients.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly..
