Job Description
Associate Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Administer stability study samples; inventory incoming project samples; set up stability studies, label samples, and place into chambers; verify sample chamber placement, labeling, and container counts
- Pull samples from chambers at appropriate intervals; ship stability samples to clients and disposal facilities; perform periodic chamber inventories
- Maintain contents of stability chambers in an organized, orderly manner; administer stability sample location movement; perform stability chamber operational status monitoring; change charts; clean inside of chambers
- Follow all department procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data according to regulatory requirements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess :
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Familiar with DOT/IATA
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
- HS Diploma, Degree is prefered
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
