Job Description
- Assist the team to ensure all campus heating and cooling equipment operates as should,
- Perform routine PM’s on equipment.
- Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
- Complete all work in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of HVAC experience is preferred, specifically dealing with large mechanical equipment such as cooling towers, chillers, RTU, Boilers, and automation in an industrial setting.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work closely with a team and also work independently.
Additional Information
Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM & required to be on a rotating "emergency on-call" schedule. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
