Job Description
- AD Group Lead will spend up to 80% of time executing client’s technical needs and 20% of time in supervisory role. Percentages will vary based on factors such as need in the lab depending on the work assignments by the client.
- Be a cheerleader for your team.
- Mentor, motivate, and inspire staff toward strong technical performance.
- Foster better communication between team and client.
- Follow guidance from manager or director (as applicable).
- Assist in hiring and onboarding.
- Assist in goal setting and management.
- Work on 90 day and annual performance reviews.
- Conduct 1-on-1s with the direct reports and collect feedback from the client.
- Approve timecards, track, and manage PTO.
- Review EtQ records.
