Job Description
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Good communication and organization skills
- Experience with hardware tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be a self-starter and work cooperatively with other professionals in a medium-sized company environment
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary maintenance and light repairs on equipment and facilities
- Direct foot traffic during busy days, maintaining order with a positive attitude
- Assist tradespeople with more complex repair tasks
- Help keep office facilities clean with assistance of contracted cleaning service
- Restock supplies throughout office and lab space
- Receive orders and assist with supplies inventory
- Assist with rearranging and setup of office space
Additional Information
Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Full Time. Candidates leaving in commutable distance to Warminster, PA or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
